Stove Top Stuffing

Have any of you had a migraine after eating this? I had some with supper last night and this morning woke up with the worst migraine I have had in years.
I checked the box and noticed MSG as an ingredient. The other cause could be the Chinook we have here in Calgary.

Thankfully the Maxalt has really eased up the pain.

MSG is a migraine trigger for me.............it is in lot of convenience foods. I have an immediate response to msg which includes severe numbness in my mouth and down my throat followed by my other migraine symptoms. Glad you had something that helped dull the pain! L

Sorry about your M, Ruth - I think it was more the Chinook, or perhaps because of the Chinook
the other thing - the stuffing also triggered your M which otherwise maybe it wouldn't.

I buy the exact same stuffing, and I don't recall having any bad M from it. I don't think I get any from it, in fact.
However we are all different when it comes to reacting to potential triggers. and well, I am on Topamax, too, hmmm.
My bet is still on the Chinook, though.
