When I got my first computer in the mid- 90ties, I had to buy used one as I couldn't afford the new one.
It was Windows 95, Microsoft, whatever - I still didn't mastered the technical lingo, oops.

Then the Internet - it was expensive, too. I can't recall the prices back then but I remember not many of my friends
could afford the Internet even if the could the computer.

And now - the companies climb over each other offering the best deal...

Do you think in the end it's all cheaper, indeed??
I believe it is!

I have Windows XP now (I think)
and my daughter has laptop (which, of course, is forbidden to anyone else to even touch!)
I even bought cool used flat monitor when my old one sadly has died...

I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day.
