A fresh start

Just thought I'd say hello and reintroduce myself. I am moominamy at Ronda's.

I've been suffering from migraines since I was 7 but think I had abdominal migraine from way before that, at least since 2 1/2. When I turned 20 my migraines increased from a few times a year to 24/7 chronic over a few years. Since then they've been chronic, with a few short lived better times of episodic migraine, but now back to constant migraine symptoms (4.5 years since my last pain free time). I get aura and hemiplegic symptoms too. I'm 33 now.

Finding it difficult to spend time online at the moment as I have a 5 month old little girl, but hope to get here relatively frequently.

I used to love going on to Ronda's and found it a place of great support, but latterly it has changed in many ways and I don't feel comfortable there anymore.

I have such empathy for you young mothers with babes in arms. When my kids were younger the migraines weren't chronic and I'm eternally grateful for that.
