Any other nail biters?

Right now I have cloth tape on seven of my fingers because I've been biting them so much they hurt. I was in Chicago rush hour traffic and didn't even realize til all of a sudden they started throbbing.

In the morning they will feel worse.

Anyone break this nasty habit?

I just quit smoking nine months ago. I was a finger sucker until 1st grade. Definitely oral fixation at work here!!!

put newskin on them...it will protect them and the taste is soooooooooo gross that you won't have a choice but to stop.
