A brief update

You all know I'm very private, but I thought I would share a quick word about what has been up and new in my life.

My work went through some major changes and I decided that the stress there was too much. I decided I needed to take action, and as a result, ended up interviewing and succeeding in getting an awesome new job. It's been very stressful as I try to close my old job and prepare for my new one. It's a HUGE promotion for me, so it makes sense that I'm having some anxiety about it.

I also started university again and have been struggling to find the time to do my studies after work and on weekends. It's been very tough on me because my work is so draining that I often come home too tired and with my head pounding, so I don't get too much done each night.

I'm only a few days away from being done the old job...and am excited to see my new start date coming up soon. Wish me luck on this new endevour!

Congrats on your new job! There is nothing like tremendous stress at your job. I am so glad you took action when you did and got a big raise too!
