New TV Shows
I've been seeing adverts for a new show called All American Muslim. I'm really looking forward to seeing it! It starts tomorrow.
Anyone else see any new and interesting shows popping up?

Re: New TV Shows
I havent seen that one, but it sounds good! I have recently gotten hooked on "Psych". It is soooo funny! I had never heard of it until I came across it on Netflix. I am cruising through season one when I have time.

TV shows
I saw an episode of All American Muslim last night. It was informative and interesting.
My show is Torchwood right now. I've seen all 12 episodes on Starz. Now I catch the BBC channel on Friday nights to see the earlier episodes. I never realized I liked sci fi so much.

Re: New TV Shows
If you like Torchwood, you should really catch Dr. Who. It's the originator of Torchwood, in fact when BBC chose to bring back Doctor Who, but didn't want the fan boys getting too nosy, they labeled all the Doctor Who info 'Torchwood' (if you jumble the letters you can spell either show with the letters given.) Anyways, if you like the one, you'll probably like the other.

I sort of like Lost Girl, which is quite silly but I like fantasy so I watch this and Detective Murdoch (not really new) which is pretty good.

Hmmmm...I watched All American Muslim and was really, really looking forward to it. I was slightly less then thrilled with it but still really enjoyed it. I'm recording the whole season.

Re: New TV Shows
Anybody liked "Big Love"?
I wonder if it has any base in reality...
About Torchwood- is it a sci-fi show?

I watched Big Love and enjoyed it. Torchwood is a Sci-Fi show, but not in an in your face kind of way.

Yeah, I'm thinking sister wives would have some advantages!

Re: New TV Shows
I have a curious mind about sister-wives.
I think so many of these families that get "famous" from these shows end up breaking under the pressure.

Re: New TV Shows
I really enjoy Warehouse 13, in fact, I want Artie's sunglasses for the bad migraine days. I've googled them and they're called glacier goggles and meant to cut the glare from the sides.
It's a sci fi show, about secret agents who are trying to warehouse 'artifacts' that can hurt people. I know the one episode had Lewis Carrol's looking glass (Alice in Wonderland author), and many of the things it did reminded me of the few migraines where I have gotten Alice in Wonderland syndrome

Don't worry about it. I'm oblivious to actor's names, so I just asked myself 'wonder who he is?'

So I looked on Amazon for my Torchwood episodes. The 3 season package is $100. I went to Amazon UK and just bought all 3 seasons for $45 including shipping. That's overseas. I don't get it. I know I have the amount correct because Amazon provides a currency exchanger. So to all Torchwood fans, buy from amazon uk - they are cheaper.
I hope. I'll check my card on line shortly and probably find a gazillion dollar charge.

Re: New TV Shows
I finally remember what new show I like!
It's called Modern Family, and it started last year I think.
It is so funny!
Any fans?
