Misc side no longer restricted

Just thought I'd post to let everyone know that the misc side is no longer restricted. We had it initially restricted to prevent spammers, but the past few months have taught us a lot and we are confident that we can handle any spammers that may come our way.

Please continue to let either moderator know if you have any issues at all. We will make every attempt to prevent any and all spammers from spoiling our space.

We have also enabled a feature that shows you links to other sites that are based on similar content. This will come in handy when you are trying to find information on a specific topic that has not yet been covered by our site. This appears on the bottom of the thread page.

Please do keep us informed if you encounter any problems or if you have any questions, comments or concerns.

Hmmmmmm....me again but under my name....I'm not so sure about the traffic exchange. It appears to not actually provide very applicable links.

What do you all think? Do we want to give it a try for a bit and see?

I like it on the migraine side. On the Misc. side? Not so much.

Glad you opened up the Misc. side. I'm confident with the admin and moderator we have, we won't have any trouble and people can get to know us better.

Just looked at the "traffic" on the migraine side....not even close to applicable. To me it seems spammy. Don't like it.

The links go to other sites on forumotion. I've been clicking away making sure they don't send you anywhere they shouldn't.

So far it's sent me to a bunch of other sites without anything questionable. It's a brand new feature, so I suspect the links will get more and more specific as more of the forums get on board.

I'll keep it up for a few more days, but if the links don't improve then we will block the program. Sound good?

Regards the links.
I tried it for two week, month or two ago.
It brought me no one, but having followed the links, they are not very much in tune with us.

Perhaps you will get on better.
