Weekends screw up my sleep
But, I find sleeping in and taking my naps so lovely!
Yet, here it is 2:00 am and wide awake. So when I go back to work I will be pooped, and it will be mid week until I'm back on schedule. Then next weekend I'll succumb to my nap again and repeat my cycle.
Wish I had stronger will power to get my hiney out of bed on my days off!

Re: Weekends screw up my sleep
I hear you, Charlotte! I set an alarm clock and get up and go to bed at the same time every day, including weekends and holidays. If I don't, I pay for it with Migraines, and it's just not worth it.
That does cause me problems when I travel for work too. It's just impossible to keep the regular hours then. I might have to get up as early as 4:30 for a 6 a.m. meeting or to catch a plane.
When I'm home or traveling for pleasure/family, I stick to the very regular schedule.
It stinks!
