Good to see many familiar names. I have been having Chronic Daily Headache for about 5 years now. It started with a bulging disk that was treated with a cortisone injection. That fixed the disk, but the headaches remained. About 2 years ago they turned into classic migraine. I have mostly sound sensitivity and some hyperaccusis from a reaction to lamictal. I am 49, so perimenopausal may be a contributor also. Migraines do run in the family, but had never been a problem for me at all until this began.

Like many if you i have been through the gamut of trying various preventatives, with no luck and lots of side effects I have been on natural supplements for 10 months which are doing wonders. I am down to 2-3 headaches per month now. Still looking for cures.
