Hello,I am Chantel,32 years old and a migraine headache sufferer.It started a couple years ago and never went away.It is under control now,I see a specialist and I am on medication for it.My migraines started with very bright lights and went to dimmer bulbs which have helped.Changed my glasses too did help too.I am glad it is over and know what I have.

Hi, nice to meet you. It sucks to have to deal with these things, but being in a place of support can really help when things get tough. Hang in there and keep looking for answers, because many people do find the things that help them...it just takes some time.

Hopefully I will and it was a struggle at first.My doctor could not figure it out and sent me to this specialist.My glasses have tinted lenses.
