Woke up with a doozy this morning.

Don't get the ugly monsters too often, but this morning at 4.45 am had to take a Maxalt and couldn't lie down as the throbbing was so bad. I just sat on the side of my bed for nearly an hour. It has eased up but the Maxalt sure knocks me out. I am sparing on a senior bowling league today and the thought of those bowling balls hitting the ground all the time is scaring me. I hope the awful pain stays away.

It makes me realize how lucky I am that after 45 or more years of the monsters I don't get these ugly ones too often any more. I just feel so bad for you younger ones that suffer so much, hopefully a total cure will be found one day in the near future.
