4 week update Empty 4 week update

This week has been very rough. We've had a lot of rain. The barometric pressure has been up. I've had a low grade headache all week. Nothing terrible, but enough that I can't ignore it.

This morning I woke up with a pounder at 2 am. I took some Norco and went back to sleep. The headache has continued to lurk all day and finally decided to become a migraine. I took my Relpax and am getting ready to try and sleep it off. Even though it hurts, it is still not as bad as it would have been prior to the surgery. The muscles just don't seem quite as tight and knotted.

Hope everyone is doing okay. I read more than I post so I am still here thinking of all of you and hoping/praying that all of us get the relief we deserve.

Kim

Sorry I have not been around to see how you are doing. I hope this post finds you doing better than ever. I'm four days post Botox and nerve blocks so hopefully I become human again shortly. (Well, actually, I had my most active day today in months and months so I'm definitely seeing good results this time. Either that or the meds are giving me a false high. Smile. )

Wishing you all the best and can't wait to hear you and Trinity swapping success stories in a few short months after you have both had good recovery time.

Hi Milo,

Glad you had your Botox. Hope it kicks in soon. I'm still hanging in and doing ok. I am still having muscle spasms and some headaches, but they are way less in intensity than they were. Still bad sometimes but less intense. I'm already better off so not complaining as much.
