Low Histamine diet?
Has anyone heard of this for migraine? Many foods(that I love)contain histamine. Histamine can cause migraines, stuffy feeling in sinuses, and other symptoms. I am going to try cutting out some that I use a lot. These include tomatoes, oranges, smoked meats, chocolate. I am already doing two other treatments for Lyme, but I figure this would be easy to cut out. I am aready gluten and dairy free. My food list is shrinking

I haven't heard of the diet, but do know that antihistamines do help. When I had the MND surgery for the "migraine monster", my surgeon wanted to do my sinuses but he was already addressing several other trigger sites so we didn't.
What he did do was put me on Zrytec 20mgs every night. He said sinus is the big trigger for "weather migraines" and if we can keep the nasal turbinates from swelling, we could deflect the majority of migraine caused by that trigger site.
You might consider that as well!
