Sea-Bands for Nausea
Has anyone tried Sea-Bands for nausea? If so, what was/were your experience(s)? Was it helpful?

I have a coworker that swears by them, but have not used them myself.

Yes, I hae tried them. For me they worked for commonplace riding in the car nausea, but not for the headache nausea. They supposedly help with snoring, but they didn't work with my husband!! LOL

I was always wondering about these.
Good to know they won't work for M (as I suspected) - money saved

Shoot.....disappointing that they don't seem to work on M nausea. I had a feeling that might be so.
I watched a couple videos on youtube on accupressure for nausea and tried it, but all I got was a sore wrist.
My husband's aunt sent me several forms of ginger (candy, crystallized, etc.), and that seems to help a little.

I use ginger during the days when I have it, and I find it quite helpful.

Re: Sea-Bands for Nausea
I once bought Ginger and Lemon tea by Yogi brand
made with organic ginger root.
It was quite bitterly spicy but worked surprisingly well for minor j HA nausea.
Perhaps double strength would work better for more severe one, I dunno,
but the taste, ack!
