Hot flashes - Magnesium...
While researching the effects of Magnesium supplements on menopausal women, almost everyone agrees it's beneficial
and it helps reduce hot flashes.
But I am not so sure about that, as a the few times I took Mag to help move my bowels (sorry) I thought
my hot flashes actually much worsened at the same time.
has anybody noticed the same thing, or am I going bonkers?
Was that a coincidence, or not?
Btw ladies if you suffer from those awful flashes I recommend trying "Macasure"
It does help with reducing these, better than any other natural alternative IMO, even red clover and black cohosh.
Men supposedly can take it in place of Viagra
