Anyone have psoriasis?

I'm 51, and out of no where my right elbow has developed what was first a red itchy rash. Now it is covered in a giant white scale. I have another break out starting on my inner wrist.

Do I bother to go to the Dr? I don't want to go on enbrel or any other medication for it. Is there anything they can do for it?

Why would this start on me now? I don't have a family history of psoriasis.

Just another stinkin' thing. Sh&$.

I have this on just one elbow. Has been this way for years now. So odd.
