I hope others will do this, too! So many things going on right now, I have to share.

First about our house. It has been on the market for over 3 months without any contracts. We will be taking it off soon (not soon enough for me). My migraines have gotten so much worse trying to keep the house perfect for viewers. We will redo the bathrooms over Winter and put it back on ourselves in Spring at a lower price. I will be going back to PT to help my neck, which helps my head. Possibly have surgery (breast reduction)to reduce strain on neck from too much weight on chest.

Next about my older daughter Meagan. She finished college last year and has just landed a job teaching History at her old high school. She is also engaged to her long time boyfriend and is planning to get married in Spring 2013. I must say she is a joy to have as a daughter!

oe is now in college at William and Mary. She seems to be thriving there. They got evacuated due to the hurricanr after only 2 days of classes. Had to come home for 5 days! Luckily, her migraines are under good control. I just love her Neuro. He took a very proactive stance with her and its working! She is on Magnesium, B2. Co-enzyme Q10, Pamelor and Vivance (an ADHD med). She takes the Vivance to counteract the fatigue from Pamelor.

well, thanks for reading, hope to hear from others.
Hugs,
Cindy

She does not do well without the Vivance and starts getting migraines again if she stops it. A lot of meds for an 18 year old. She only takes Fioricet when she does get a migraine. I am so happy for her. She was missing several days a week during her Jr. and first half of Sr. year in high school. I truly did not think she would be able to make it this year. Zoe is not sure what she wants to study. She wants to go to law school, so she has some flexibility.

I am so sorry your house haven't sell yet! I was hoping it would by now!
Well the good side of it is, you will have a chance to have more done and hopefully to boost the price up before putting it up
for sale again. Fingers crossed, it will sell without a glitch the second time around!

And congratulations on the achievements of your wonderful daughters! What a joy your 2 girls are!
I can relate to Zoe not knowing what to choose as of yet - my daughter is in her second year at college, and she still doesn't
know what exactly it is she would want to do, either.

But they will, eventually, The good thing is they do want to study Smile

Good luck with everything, and hugs to all you girls!

I'm glad Zoe was able to get home safely and miss the hurricane. Since she'd still taking mostly pre-requisites for any program for the first two years, I wouldn't worry too much about her still not having a major picked out. Better she takes the time and goes into something knowing that it's what she want to do. Tell her to try hard to figure it out, but don't worry, better she takes her time than be back in college in my 30's to change career paths. Being a student is much easier when you've been one for as long as you can remember, it wasn't easy to return, but I'm finished with my second degree in December, so long as I survive the night shifts at the hospital this semester. Anyways, it's almost 6:30 AM, and it's time for me to get to bed.

Good luck to you and the girls!

Thanks, Ladies. At least Zoe has decided Philosophy might not be a profitable if she doesnt go to law school. She is thinking of something to do with Spanish. She is in a special program that allows them to work on a service project in the community with a group of other like minded students. They all live in the same dorm, so instant buddies. That is good for her as she is more of an Introvert like me.
Sara, Congrats on getting through school with migraines, again. I went twice also. Now I am not sure how I did it!

Cindy-

Some days I'm not sure how I make it through either, I just keep taking each day as it happens and try not to let the bad days knock out the hard work I put in on the good days. So far this semester has been going well, but I can tell looking from my post early this morning that I was in prodome as well as exhausted. I skipped so many words that I'm having trouble reading what I'd written. I guess I shouldn't post after all night at the hospital, but I was too wound up to sleep right away. Now if only the #%&#*ing roofers would stop on the neighbor's roof. We had large hail in April and all summer there's been roofing all around us, as well as us getting our own roof replaced. I just wish that it wasn't today, DH and I are both having a rough head day. Since the sun's setting now, they should have to stop soon. Take care everyone!
