Interesting. The first thing I do on a plane is to put on my headphones and play my happy music. I thought I was just drowning out all the noise that bothers me. I think it also helps control the anxiety from the feeling of impending doom from another migraine (not afraid of flying). But maybe there is more to it.

I like Rainy days and Mondays (thanks Alli) because it's not written about headaches or migraines yet it fits us and the support we get from different forums (especially FabMU... ) and each other so perfectly.
