owwwwwww!!!!

This is just a complaint. waa waa waa... I got another migraine last night along with a crampy stomach and back.. I keep having spasms all across my mid back making it hard to breathe or move. Fibro flare at the same time as a migraine is just not fair, and to add insult to injury... add in a yeast infection.

I am so uncomfortable and feel like crap. ONE thing at a time universe!!! Pleeeeeaaaase!

I sooooo understand your last comment about 1 thing at a time! I have always told my docs that I can only handle one medical condition at a time so if they are going to diagnosis me with something new they have to take away a medical condition. One is plenty! So sorry that your body is overwhelmed - anything you can do to distract your mind??? L

I'm at work... not really working, mostly just filling my chair. I'm going home at 1 and then go hug my pillow and read. And of course, play Words!

It's too hot for my heating pad (96 today!) and ice doesn't help this so I'll just have to bear it.

I know how that goes!! Its a vicious cycle. You get one issue semi-under control only to have something else flair up!

I figured out the back spasms are my stupid ulcer acting up. So no OTCs for a few months til it heals. It's been waking me up almost every night which just sucks. I'm taking my acid meds and keeping snacks on hand as eating something relieves the cramps.
