From bad to worse

First topic message reminder :

I saw my neuro today and got some very discouraging news. I'm not ready to talk about it yet, it's that bad.

I also found out my 18 year old nephew may be missing in China...has not been heard from for two weeks since he tried to leave the country after accidentally letting his tourist visa lapse. He is a very, very good kid, so I'm pretty sure he hasn't gotten himself into major trouble. My heart says he is ok....just really hoping to hear good news.

Tomorrow is also the anniversary of my baby brother's death.

The pain in my head is so bad and I should be in my "good" period...the one I get three weeks after botox until week eight or so. Work is very pressured and it took 1 1/2 hours to get to my neuro appointment today and cost me 18 bucks to park!!!! 18!

Oh dear. Please send me some positive vibes if you have any to share.

Well, 22 days in a Beijing jail. He was escorted from jail directly to the plane. He didn't even know he was coming home until the night before.

He says that he was in a bad space wishing to go home for the first two weeks but then started thinking a lot more positively.

The conditions were as bad as we thought they would be but it seems that he has come out of it fairly unharmed. He is already talking about travel again.

So happy that he is home safe!

Just now read the first few and last few entries for this post and all you have been through and all the troubles weighing on your mind and soul. I'm sorry I couldn't voice my support earlier. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I'm so happy and thankful your nephew made it home safely.

Milo I am so glad your nephew is home safe and actually made it in time for the holidays. I was so worried when I was reading your posts and I am sorry I just now am seeing the outcome.

I am sure it was a happy time for you and the family to have him home safe and sound! You were all blessed.

Thanks...he is actually awesome. Paid off his debt to my sibling within weeks of getting back and is smiling from ear to ear almost all the time.
