Better this morning pain wise, still feel like I was hit by a truck and dragged around the block a few times...ugh. I hate this, it is like being mugged and beat up then left for dead....the psychological aspects of this condition are horrendous, then add in the acute pain of the attack. I wonder how it is we even survive this? How does our body keep going on??

I think it's the relief afterwards.. I don't know about you, but the attacks indeed are so horrible, I tend to block them out, throw away
from my consciousness what just has happened. Ever.
It helps to survive..
