I get this flush feeling on my face, turn red, but not too red, and feel like I have a fever. This happens soooooo many times when I have a migraine. Does anyone else get this?

I've never had a hot face, but I sometimes get hot feet. No idea why.

I used to get a flushed face as prodome, before the migraine arrived.

A hot face actually makes some sense. If we remember from chemistry class PV=nrT.
So if vasodilation is occurring with the migraine, then volume is increasing. Therefor either blood pressure must be going down, or temperature must be going up. In your case, it sounds like it is the later
