Strangely, it is rarely applied to knee pain, big toe pain, or shoulder pain, but is used all too often by the physician, who, when asked for the underlying cause of head pain, cannot bring himself to say “I don’t know.”

finally, somebody said that out loud!

Lots to read, I too find it bit difficult to grasp all at once but it's so interesting and enlightening,
so well worth to trudge thru.

Thank you Cheryl for linking that for us!

Hi, Cheryl. I was a PT assistant for several years, so I did not find this hard to follow. I had a chart like that years ago and bought one of the Thera Canes to work on the problem areas. It really does help, but it requires some strength and dexterity. Another thing I use is a hard ball(harder than a tennis ball, mine is a plastic dog ball) to roll around on my neck while lying on the floor on my back. Painful, but it works. Of course, the best is to ask someone else to work on you from the chart! How is Anna doing? I think about you both every day. Zoe is doing much better on a combo of Nortryptiline (sp) and Vivance (an ADHD drug) for fatigue. Hope it lasts through college!
Hugs,
Cindy
