I wonder if mine is related to weather, too. I've noticed whenever there is a weather event in the east of Canada, i often feel it, too!

On the other hand, I've also noticed I often get M after eating cherries :[
I love cherries, I don't want them to be yet another trigger, please!

Thanks all, I felt better by evening yesterday but woke up with another bad head this morning, took some pain pills and it eased up a bit but the pain pills (T3's) upset my stomach, can't win! It's been another unsettled day so hopefully that's the reason, I seem to be getting more bad headaches again now after doing so well for ages, it's a little discouraging.
