Cherries - a trigger, anyone?...
Does anyone have a cherries as a M trigger?
I don't get M the next day after eating cherries every single time, but I got really bad episodes afterward so many times
I am afraid the connection is literally hitting me in the head.
Hmmm... I love cherries, so of course, why shouldn't there be on the no-no list, eh ?!!

Oh, Risa, I am sorry if the cherries are hurting your head! I love cherries, too (the sweet ones). I buy them a lot this time of year. Since I am the only one in the family that likes them, I end up eating a lot. Guess I should see if they bother my head also Luckily, most food triggers that bother others dont bother me since I went gluten free. Hope you feel better today.
Hugs,
Cindy

Re: Cherries - a trigger, anyone?...
Thanks. Cindy.
I am hoping maybe it's the chemicals they were possibly sprayed with. Normally I rinse them very thoroughly
with hot water before eating, but this time I did it half a$$ed because it was late, and hubby was sleeping,
and I didn't want to make too much noise.
Last night I rinsed them again, better, and ate less, and while I still have a lingering serious M, it's not that bad as yesterday humdinger.
Hard to say though, if it's still the same M residue, or a new one from less quantity of the better rinsed cherries, lol
(what a scientific analysis, lolol)
