Very sad news at Ronda's...

Post  Cluelesskitty on Fri 16 Sep 2011, 3:53 pm

I was so shocked and deeply saddened to learn about this:

http://migrainepage.forumotion.net/t3321-some-sad-news

Mary- Willow - I remember her well from old Ronda's. She was great friend, always very supportive.
Always a loving, gentle word for everyone. Always pointing we should appreciate every good little thing in life.

~ Mary will never be forgotten. Willow will be forever in our hearts ~

May she rest in peace.

Risa

I'm sorry for the loss of any of our migraine friends.

I wasn't friends with Willow, but it sounds like her journey was a hard one. May her spirit be in gentle relief.

My best wishes to Mary's family and friends.

Hoping over the years she gained as much comfort from these forums as I have.

Re: Very sad news at Ronda's...

Post  Anna's Mom on Sat 17 Sep 2011, 10:49 am

I was one of Mary's friends, and I received the call on Thursday morning from her close friend in "real life," telling me Mary passed away during emergency surgery. What I will always remember about Mary is that she always stated how lucky she was to have family and friends who loved her and cared for her.

She complained very little, for as much as she suffered. Believe me, she suffered horribly from her had pain, nausea, and vomiting. Yet none of you remember her as a complainer, because she simply did not complain on forums or in real life. She had every reason to be bitter, but she was not.

She was a nurse, wife, mother, sister, daughter and aunt. She loved nursing but had to give it up years ago due to her illness. She was 46 years old.

I will greatly miss her.

God bless the memory of my dear sweet Irish friend, Mary Kathryn (Willow).

Thank you for posting this about Willow. I had no idea she was only 46 years old. Yes, I remember her and also remember how kind she was and supportive.

My blessing to her friends and family. She was taken way to soon.
