Migraine from Hell

Horrendous migraine this afternoon... I spent the last 2 days working in our vegetable garden, I think it was being in the sun 5 hours yesterday and 3 hours today. I must have gotten dehydrated...ugh!

My head feels like it has been beaten and every sound amped up beyond tolerance...ugh. However, there is hope that if I can make it one more day without the monster striking, I might have a couple good days ahead
