Migraine Night in America

I'm personally thrilled to see that there are educational seminars for physicians treating migraines. Maybe it will help them treat all of us a bit more effectively. Plus I love that Dr. Grumpy knows not to offer chocolate or red wine. Too bad that this is the tip of the iceberg for some of our triggers.

Well, I responded to Dr. Grumpy and hopefully gave him a little "wake up" call on the reality of migraine. Disd you read some of the other responses on Grumpy's blog....wish they knew where we were here at Underground.

If I remember correctly, he's had a couple of migraines, very infrequently, but he's always been respectful in his talk about migraines. He makes fun of the ads, and the drug company's stuff, but he's never been mean or cruel in his discussion of migraines. I can handle that from a doctor.

Gosh I hope I wasn't rude! I am glad he brings to light the way the ads come across to a person who is suffering.

Sara thanks, I will watch how I respond to things better. A migraine day again, 15 of them in the last 18 days....ugh

I feel like my head is about to blow up.

No biggie, I just wanted to point out that he's on our side. There's many a day where his lightheartedness is the only smile I get all day. Plus, you've gotta love someone who can describe family vacations with that much humor

I too, think Dr Grumpy is brilliant Smile
I wish I was so witty!!
he makes me smile even on my worst days.

I tried to post a comment slyly including the name of our forum, but I don't see my comment anywhere - that's too bad...
I wonder if this is because you have to be a blog member?
